Loretta Ware, Executive Director

Loretta Ware has worked with youth in the city of Detroit for over 25 years, with experience in Youth Leadership, Girls Scouts of America, the Police Atletics League (PAL), the Detroit Police Explorers, Shield of Faith International Youth Ministries and much more. With a financial career for over 25 years, Mrs. Ware is very passionate about youth mentorship and giving teens the opportunity to realize their full potential. With 3 girls of her own, she knows all too well, the importance of creating a positive foundation for today's teen girls.

Tracy Young, Treasurer/ Youth Development

Tracy is devoted to the mission of encouraging and empowering our teen girls to believe in themselves and be courageous to excel in all that they do. With over 10 years of administration/secretarial experience, Tracy serves as the secretary of the organization and a huge contributor of youth development.
