Loretta Ware
Executive Director
As a Native Detroiter and product of the Detroit Public School Loretta A. Ware is the Founder and Director of Me Myself and I: Who Are you? (MMI) a nonprofit organization founded in 2009. Loretta knows that her life purpose is to work with youth and encourage them to follow their Vision, Goal and Dreams. She has been a youth advocate over 25 years for boys and girls. She has dedicated her time volunteering, mentoring and participating in numerous events supporting the youth within her community and church.
As a wife, mother and an entrepreneur, her mission is to live with purpose and accomplish excellence in all areas of life as she encourage and support others in her community and organization.

BMU 2011
Started in 2009 by a group of passionate women, Me, Myself and I Teens has evolved into an organization that sets to inspire, engage and empower. Our annual teen workshop started off as a girl talk session, which included a panel of mentors, whom attendees were able to learn from and look up to. With careful evaluation, we developed Beautiful Me University in 2013. Our full day workshop has included a variety of speakers, hands- on activities and projects and valuable tools of information that are intended to guide participants of BMU into their futures.
We are excited to be in our 12th year of service, as we have expanded into our annual fundraiser, Polished with a Purpose and our new monthly program, Build My Dream Weekend. We welcome all girls ages 12-19 and we envision that every girl we serve will set goals, learn her self worth and accomplish the possibilities.
We are always looking for passionate people to help us serve.
